At least that's what Thomas Keller thinks. The chef and owner of the French Laundry, considered by many critics to be one of the best restaurants in the world, had this to say about my favorite eatery:
"I really respect a company that holds its ground when there is so much pressure to follow the "what’s next, what’s new" trend. In-N-Out’s quality lies in the simplicity of what it promises and delivers. To be able to do something over and over with integrity and excellence, even if it is fast food, is something to be truly admired."

It is a sad time in my life, Jenny. While my love of In-N-Out's food has not waned in the least, my stomach's ability to maintain peace post-meal from In-N-Out has. I pretty much cannot eat it anymore without feeling like the burger has started incessantly punching me in the gut from the inside. I'm not sure why that has happened, but it has.

Wow, that's one of the saddest things I've heard in a long time. Maybe flossing might help . . .
Update: In-n-Out for lunch today, and though it's only been a half an hour since eating, all's well. I'll let everyone know how it turns out.
