Know One's Onions: To know what one is talking about
Oliver Twist: A skilled dancer
Punch the Bag: Small talk
Hot Socks!: Great!
Let George Do It: A work evading phrase
Mind Your Potatoes: Mind your own business
Rain Pitchforks: A downpour
